THE NEST is an all ages gig series, held at Megaphon Studios in St Peters.
The studio has held a number of different live gigs over the past two years
and due to the success of these gigs, we have initiated “The Nest” – a
series of gigs at the studio – 6 gigs per year with 4 bands playing at each
gig. Our aim is to film and record each gig as to document the series and
also provide awesome video clips and live recordings to local bands. We also
aim to make Megaphon Studios a professional and unique live music venue that
caters for an all ages audience. The venue is a very intimate space for
music, and it has a much different vibe to pubs, clubs and most other music
venues. It is a quiet space with high ceilings and wooden floorboards,
creating a rich, warm, intimate sound plus a brand new LED lighting curtain
provided by PR Lighting is the ultimate mood setter.
